Name: Przemysław Wdowiński - but for my and your comfort I prefer tass. :D (Anyone beside Bezdak who can just try to read this?)
Age: Jesus Christ age. 33 autumns have passed since I was born.
Game moderator specialty (see below for choices): As I play only Hellhalt on wc3. This will be my main speciality. however I have good understanding of MEGA as well. I also been involved in almost every inhouse league of DoTA back in the days, later I played a ton of DoTA2. I know almost everything about this game strategy and bug wise. For now I'd leave only MH cases for more experienced guys, since I can only judge it by watching replay, but when I get more used to DRM I will offer my help in such cases also.
Brief introduction: Call me tass. I'm a 33years old engineer from Poland. Love motorbikes! I could ride and ride and ride for days. Tourism on a bike is the best thing on this planet a man can experience. (Oh stop with all this sex already youngsters). During winter I'm also riding - on snowboard tho. ;)
What are your current hours of playing time (approximate): It varies. A lot. But I'm available at least to talk or review sth for about ~8hrs per day. Currently I'm a bit busy finishing next stage of my school, but since i can spare some time during work hours, you can see me online a lot.
What is your current time zone: UTC+2; GMT+2; CEST
Describe any relevant experience, both in moderating and in Warcraft III: Back in the old days, when SC:BW was a thing (I think it was first true e-sport) I moderated forums of newtars.pl the biggest polish community and tournament organizers with off country divisions. I also hosted a lot of pro starcraft and warcraft games and acted as a referee. I have few years experience in wc3, first with ladder games, later with inhouse DoTA, now with Hellhalt TD.
Why do you want to become a game moderator: The more the merrier! And honestly, my goal is to help handle banrequest faster and efficient. Some "harder" cases stay for a long time sometimes. And to be honest I like it. (my diversity in cases I reviewed speak for it I think) Something rewarding in spending 1-3hrs (yeah one of my review took me almost 3hrs) to find the truth. :D Also moderating community = making it better and grow which I'm very fond of.
What will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community: Mostly my time and experience in HellHalt and DoTA. Also honest judgement with hopefully 0 to very few mistakes. :)
Closing Statement: I'm fun of Monty Python - sarcasm and irony are my things. So even if you see me talking weirdly sometimes, most often I'm a very calm and logical dude. Just hit me up with question and I promise (mby after opening joke :d) I'll answer as best as I can.

I dint avoid making mistakes:
Spoiler!

Was my first real encounter with DRM, got too excited I guess, and missed provocation. Lesson learned tho! Later banrequest are very thorough.

Edit:
Of course I will add more DoTA reviews during this app pending. (I'm sure I did one more, but can't find it right now, will do tho)

Big support.
During his whole candidate period was very communicative, asks for help and learns fast. Appears very professional, unbiased, well mannered... Simply a great behavior for a mod.
Regarding His reviews, I have not checked that many of them but those I did were high quality ones. Also a huge plus for me is the variety and especially difficulty of cases he reviewed - he was specifically interested in special, not so common ones (for example the Gproxy abuse case, !ff abuse and such). He did not hesitate to review also time consuming cases.
I have really nothing negative to say about him. Very good job so far, will gladly see him as a part in our team.

Last time I was naked, pretty sure I saw something letting me identify myself as a male!

To be completely sure, more studies are required tho.
