Brief introduction: Hellu.. My name's Alina and I'm from China currently living in Canada. There's not much to say about me. I currently do not work since January due to my dad passing away, leaving me a good heritage so I decided to take a break to heal and such. I've been around ENT since couple years, playing on multiple accounts. Never really was active on forums until last year on December under the name Crows. I've done multiple BRQs, I think they're fun, especially MH ones.
What are your current hours of playing time (approximate): 6 hours and more everyday but that might possibly change once I start working again soon.
What is your current time zone: Canada/Quebec timezone. UTC-5:00 I believe.
Describe any relevant experience, both in moderating and in Warcraft III: I play Warcraft 3 since 16 years old, starting with ladder obviously. My friend would always say dota is better but i contradicted him every single time until I gave it a try. Ever since then, I've been addicted to dota and played everyday. I used to play Perfect World, which is a mmo that includes guilds/factions/clans and I've always liked leading them instead of being led by someone I don't know. I'm not for power, but I like being a leader.
Why do you want to become a game moderator: To handle ban requests and appeals. Usually it has 2 pages full every day and no reply for couple hours so I think ya'll need some help that I'll gladly give. I got enough spare time.
What will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community: As said above, I just want to save ya'll time with ban requests and make it easier for everyone. I'm also very tired of seeing throwers, griefers and such. ENT needs mature players.

-I was suggested to apply by two admins so far that I'll name if they want me to.
-As you can see I'm pretty active in the BRQ section.
-I had a bad suggestion last week ago about the forfeit rule, sorry about that, anger got to me and I wanted it changed but realized it's kinda dumb forcing players to stay because one thinks they still can win.
-Other than that, I've been hesitating to apply since I was told we must handle other sections too, other maps and etc and requiring me to play them but I don't think that's possible for me. I've also been hesitating because I seem to not get along with most people, I guess I am bad at communication or they do not like me lol. But I'll do what I can, for sure!

Adding to this, I'll do what I can concerning reviewing other types of games if I'm asked to.

If you showed me you can handle a variety of infractions for LTD I would support this. Maybe 2 or 3 opinions on a few different infractions so I can see you have at least some semblance of knowledge of LTD play.

I can do it, too. The problem is when it comes to playing LTD.

Don't worry about playing it, I don't touch DotA either. The main thing here is just to show you know the game rules and are able to make general decisions about other games if needed. If any questions about LTD, feel free to ask on our Discord.

Okay I've been trying with other maps like Trolls & Elves, LTD, Green TD. LTD seems so confusing though, I think it would be best if I played it to understand it.

In that case you might wanna check out LF's guide, it covers complete basics.

I support for at least a trial.

I would like to see you keep doing more LTD requests to further your knowledge on reviewing them, but you have shown that you can learn at least the basics that you need to take care of most the LTD requests.

Well people not agreeing with me on most of my posts or try to contradict. That would describe it best.

I went through the links and found nothing about not getting along with people. Your communication is fine. When people see a ban request on their friend or themselves, they will try to say whatever they can to not get banned. When people bring in something such as k/d to defend themselves and argue their point against said player, their opinion is usually ignored unless there are facts/time stamps to review. Don't let these little things hinder you. There are many people in this community that can't stand some of the mods. Arguments are fine as long as both sides provide facts to back up their opinions. Once the person starts spewing non-sense then the best thing to do is ignore their posts, since they have nothing concrete to add to anything.

It's not about getting along with people. It's about doing the job to the best of your ability.

I am going to throw my support in for this application. Your confidence may have taken a hit, but I feel you are right for the position.

I have to agree with @matdas here. If you see someone not bringing any new light on the case, just ignore the post, and do your thing. Quarrels happen, it's nice to know when to get out of it, that's all. Be coll and do your good job.
You seem like reasonable person, and I like your reviews.

I have processed several requests reviewed by Alina, mostly the older ones, and they were detailed and accurate. Took the time to prove and disprove map hack accusations. Her skills on judging Dota/lod cases is on the level we are looking for.

I've also played several games with Alina. Great behavior, team player, gives advice.

If she can keep her activity up, i am certain she would be a good addition to the team.

Might wanna take a quick look at her games and her ingame behavior. In fact I dare you to show me one game in which she doesn't flame people... pretty hard.
