It's in every applicants best interest to do the work before applying for admin. I don't see why the policy is to let them apply with nothing done and then wait two weeks. They should just be denied if they haven't shown any benefit to the community.

Seeing that I've already successfully done this job for a while, I'm not exactly sure what the point of a trial period would be. If I'm saying I'll be more active and help out as I did before, I don't see why I need to prove it first when I did that like 8 months ago. I already know how to moderate, I have the same judgement and moderation skills that I had before. Unless this place has changed super drastically (which it hasn't), I don't see why allowing me to do the same job that I did before would be a huge deal.

It is simple it just does not work that way. I know from first hand, when I got removed because I had other commitments in life which we all understand it happens, however I had to work on the ban requests to get it back. Here is some first rate info also too back my statement up. I had gotten removed for inactivity. I came back I pmed cyber asking for my admin back this is what his reply was.

I won't add any ex-staff just because they are asking me to be back, if they want, they must prove showing their interest in the forum. Spamming offtopic messages doesn't count.

Also you state how you did the job successfully but really how do you expect to do it successfully when you do not have the respect of the staff as you lost it so easily in one conversation, the way you speak and your attitude will only cause turmoil within the staff and make it an utter wreck if you do not change.

That's pretty presumptuous. And you were removed because of inactivity, which means you weren't doing anything, so you had to prove you would do something to get it back.

I asked to be removed because I had stuff come up. I was doing brq's even on my last day. But whatever, if you guys don't want the help, then that's cool. I enjoy playing on ENT and this has been my way of giving back to the community. It's volunteer work, not a job.

Oh I am sorry did you not learn to read yet? I had specifically said I some real life commitments which had presented me to become inactivity, you had no internet for fourth months ooohhhhhhh, I had to attend 7 funerals so yeah I was some what busy. It does not matter if you asked to be removed you could have went inactive and you would have been removed either way it was a bit courteous of you to let them know yes but were you told oh when you return we absolutely guarantee you a return to staff just pm us and we shall do your bidding. I do not think so also I checked your topics, I believe in Chantry_nv you had posted due to a situation you offered your resignation followed by a PM to Teller55 clearly stating that you wanted to be removed from mod. Was the stuff that came up uhhh drama? I believe so, people were calling it another QT move I believe if I am not mistaken.

Also you have yet to answer the statement for how I clearly said that the way you presented yourself in chat was undeniably inappropriate and disrespectful to myself and bit when we told you the situation of how pming a red was not going to get you your moderation powers back.

Less drama about what happened to Yondaime. It's about your app, your actions/in-actions, not his ability to be a staff member.

To sum up everything so far:
-Hasn't posted on the forums besides this section causing inactivity
-Thinks PM'ing reds to make you back on staff
-Why you resigned in the first place (yes, i have read the topic where you asked to resign) or is it that you really had 4 months of no internet? Only Mogul knows.
-His past experience here.
-From what it seems, he was a good staff member.

What we need to look at now is how you are taking this application. There are many things to criticize. However, we do not need another moderator who does forum work, gets accepted, then doesn't do any again.

You show up, demand staff, make an app, do not post around. Sounds like you are desperate for power. Which, we do not need.

Please show me where I've abused power in the past. I was on good terms with everyone when I left. Figured it'd be easy to pick up where I left off without it being a huge deal. Only thing is, everyone's moved around now. Also, please note the condescending tone that he's taking with me.

I see no reason no to believe you didn't have internet for 4 months. However, that's not the point. The point is you haven't proven to us that you'll be active again. Sure you have the skills to become a moderator and you could potentially prove to a great staff member like you once were but you have still yet to prove to us that you will be active again.

Look at beerisforbears for instance. He mightn't be good at catching maphackers as you are but the main reason he was accepted into staff is because he proved to us that he was active. If you want to be a part of our team again, you're going to have to put a lot more effort into the forum.

I did not read your application and don't get me wrong.. I willl not read.
In the past we were accustomed to accept members back without staff application, but we noticed that's not working. So if you got removed cuz you went inactive or w/e, you must post an application. In this topic admins *red green blue w/e* they should point what you're doing wrong and you should reply/try to fix it.
So i'll leave here the main reason to deny your application and please do not pm me about this.. if you really want to get in, you should find your way.

• You went to the chat and disrepect some moderators, which is bad.
• You're not giving any useful information to bans requests.

So, work it out and get back on the team.
