But i don't really like programming. It's kinda sad, because i get bored to much. Can also do alot like java, php, html, css, net. But i really don't like it. That's why i love replays, the format is easy to understand, and there is not actual programming done.

I'm confuse, you're suppose to love programming since you're a MCP :O and also I do not understand the relation between "the format of replays" and programming o.O

Yes, when you was talking about Replays + programming I was wondering if you could have created some program like dota replay manager..

I've done ASP.NET in C# and VB before using Visual Studio...also have done work with XML/XMAL. I actually like designing stuff, so let me know if you need any help with designing stuff, especially in ASP.

I still !support him since he really seems to know what he's talking about from an IT/programming point of view.

I dont think the game type really matters since it seems that "other game mods" are still helping with dota and other games.

EDIT: lets make him a mod already, in my eyes he already is one without the title

You should never kick in game for maphacking because there is no way to know if the fog click is legit without using a detector that gives you an unfair advantage. For maphacks you have to check the replay before banning.
