Game moderator specialty (see below for choices): I know how to process generally all types of games except CW, NWU, ID, and CF but I'm willing to spend some time learning them considering the position I'm attempting to acquire so I would bring more moderation knowledge to the community.

Brief introduction: My name's Zach, I'm currently a forum mod here and I'm seeking to acquire more responsibilities so I can better help the community as a red administrator. My aim is to solve problems inside the staff and outside the staff to the maximum degree. When I first became a game mod I wasn't 100% mature but this has been a growing experience for me and I'm ready to show the community what I'm capable of doing. I used to handle things by PM which isn't how a mod should operate but I now handle things publicly and I consider myself the type of mod who likes to approach issues in a detached manner and do things more hands-on for lack of better word.

What are your current hours of playing time (approximate)? Oh I barely play warcraft 3 anymore, I just moderate on the forums.

What is your current time zone? US Eastern Time.

Describe any relevant experience, both in moderating and in Warcraft III: I've been a game moderator since December 8th 2012 and I originally became one on a recommendation from one of my current superiors to moderate only one game. My reasons for originally joining were actually selfish but I grew to enjoy this as a way to help people reach favorable conclusions in any issues they have so they can enjoy their game time to the maximum. I now have the ability to moderate many games. I know my ban times are construed as severe to some mods but I try my best to remain impartial.

Why do you want to become a game moderator?' I want to become an ENT administrator for the reasons stated above. I feel like I can handle issues with an impartial viewpoint and I want to be able to handle issues within staff and outside staff to the maximum capability. I want to be able to handle issues publicly in all aspects and really try my best to help the community as I have been. Up until over a month ago did I start handling issues publicly as opposed to privately.

What will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community?
I will bring an efficient yet calm, composed, and professional administrator. I want to bring what I always desire, to make the community better by being more active and being able to help in all aspects of forum work. While some may not agree with my methods, I consider myself to be very professional in how I handle things more or less since I've been maturing and taking recommendations from my superiors to improve the way I approach and tackle issues.

Closing Statement: This application is 100% serious so I ask that out of respect for my aspirations that you all comment only if you have anything serious to add to my application. While some may see me not fit for this position you're entitled to your opinions but I consider myself ready mentally and maturity wise as well. I also just found that I can have the time to devote to it. I really want a shot at this, I know if given the chance I can do great things. Obviously I have to learn the tools of the trade but that's the object of being a moderator, it's always a learning experience.
(In reference to the range-ban accident, that was a huge learning experience).

Although those are only a handful of things I've handled it's generally how I approach issues these days. I try my hardest to make users make use of the forum. I accept the fact that private messaging causes nothing but trouble, it's better to handle things publicly so other mods can assist in issues.

Hm what's the difference in power from ENT admin and forum mod?

Everything listed in ENT admin looks like a forum mod can do. I don't mind karasu being an ENT admin, but always wonder what's the difference in power between these two?

There's not a huge difference, I just want to help to the maximum capacity. I consider myself a good judge of solving all types of problems. I would be 100% open a probationary period, if even something exists for a position like this.

@Agreements - it may not help, you are probably 100% correct though I had to make a genuine attempt to speak my mind publicly and try to make a solid attempt. I didn't just make a PM, do things in the staff forum, I made this 100% public so anyone can comment on it. @supersexyy , I don't like sending PM'S anymore I'd rather do this the only way I know how making a serious attempt.

At the end of the day I'm not going to be sore if this doesn't get accepted, but that doesn't take away from the fact that I wanted to take a shot at it.

Karasu. has obviously shown he is up to potential, the only favorite he plays with is with me, and even then i dont abuse it. He doesnt stand for any bull shit and he hates drama so therefore with more power and more responsibility in my eyes will make less drama. He has made good decisions in the past, and good decisions will be made in the future! Besides this application is much better then qtrinity's (sorry qtrin but it is).

Personally I wouldn't have posted here if I didn't think I worked hard at this.

There's no underlying reason or ulterior motive, I just want to help to the maximum capacity(to reiterate an earlier point).

This part is about removing/demoting game mods:
I consider myself a good judge of character, facts, and other aspects of a situation. If there is a staff dispute I would handle it in the most logical way possible. Before even considering staff discipline I would post a discussion in the green forum and gather perspective from other admin's posts and then either decline or proceed on a situation(That's just common sense). I was always the type of person who wanted to ask and not do things. If you have discussions then it shows that you want to be a team player and truly do your best.

Adding game mods:
Obviously as a red(if I were by some small chance accepted of course) I would have the power to add new game mods. In addition to application discussion(for blue mods to discuss) I would make a discussion for reds and greens to speculate as well(common sense). I'm not in this for the power, I'm trying to get this so I can help out. If I didn't believe that I could be a team player even in a red position then I wouldn't have bothered making this app. We are all a team at the end of the day.

At the end of the day I made my case the best I could, like I said I'm not going to be sore or rage quit if this gets shot down but I would never have bothered attempting this if I didn't think I worked hard at what I do.

I will be brutally honest though, when I saw trin's app I kind of decided to make this public based off of that but in terms of my desire to be a red this has been on my mind for a couple of weeks now. I had planned on sending private messages to try to aim for my goal but I talked it over with a couple people and they thought doing it publicly was the right way to go about the situation.

No matter what I'm always a team player.

Making an application for it doesn't help. Once you are a game mod, you are promoted into the other positions; Which means the position of admin is earned and not given by making an application for it.
Also i don't see the reason to have another admin. But that' is up to the team to decide. (Team = Other admins)
