votekick only kicks when everyone in the lobby wants to kick, in a gaming situation some might not want to kick their ally therefore at times the !votekick can be seen as flawed

Ok and when someone abuse something in the game, right now, not being admin. What you do? you !kick. It's not cause you're being an admin that you should start using the power.

Well think about it from this perspective, the game mod position he's applying for is vastly different from dota which Nutz is an avenue that you are quite experienced at. There are certain aspects of this game where the more severe offenses(keep in mind I drafted the rules for this game anyway) should require a ban request. Example, killing chaos with infernal fists, the darkseer hero, or ogre mage while it should not wield the same punishment as a maphacker(one year) it essentially is on the top level of severe offenses next to map hack. Punishment usually ranges at 3 months.

I mean you know full and well in dota and other games there are mods who do in-game bans for the less severe offenses but they attach a reason to it, like in-game ban due to game ruining.

I undertsand ^^. Just that with big power, come big respionsabilties. Uncle Ben said that to peter, Nutz Say it o deadly. He should in the beginning request everything that get wrong. Instead of !kick. You can !kick someone without enough valid reason (exemple he !kick playerA) you saw that, you tell him, why? There was not enough reason for it? Then he can get in trouble. Since a new mod isn't experienced and known over the rule, he shouldn't apply is power with !kick but over it !ban and then put a reason to it. I don't know AAA, well a bit, still, not as you both know it! But if he become a mod, I just don't wanna see a abuse power like we've seen in the past... You understand what I mean?

It's so easy to !Kick. someone mess up with you? !kick playermessing AHAHAH !ban playermessing AHAHA FEEL MY WRAITH... you know, power come to head easly and abused so quickly. That's why when I first saw I will kick... I can understand the people vote. But what if it's only his team. He kick? Yea, give your side an advantage? Well. I just want to deadly become a great and good moderators. I have a lot of hope in you buddy. That's why I look strict.

Side note : I wanted to !kick so much people today... I throwed my keyboard in place... I've lost so much on elo by having retard on my side (not noob, r-e-t-a-r-d) -.-.. Still listen to yoda. Do not abuse power
