What would you do if there's a solo player in your team.. he is not playing as team. He is just creeping, walking around.. sometimes he thinks he is a superman to beat the opposite team and the result he died.. He did it twice.. Your teammates claims "he is a feeder, let's vk him" He doesn't speak english, As a moderator, what you would do?

I would definitely not vk him because he hasn't broken a rule. I would do my best to get him to fight with us. Hopefully he would realize that we need to be together as 5 in order to win. If that fails, I would start to stay with him and get my team to do the same, unless he is just standing around. If he continues to go into situations where he has no chance, like 5+ times, then that could be considered feeding. I say that because you would think he has learned that he cannot beat them 1v5. If he keeps going in alone and trying and dying, at some point it has to be put to an end, but definitely not after 2 deaths, maybe after 5.

Also, I have been much more active on the ban forums and submitting ban requests. I have been watching the replays and providing the best insight I can to the situation. Please notice that I am trying to be more active as well as to help you guys do your job.

I would say that there is nothing that can be done in game. After the game, I would immediately review the replay until I could provide solid evidence of a mh. If I find said evidence, I would submit a ban request and the replay to let other people give their opinion. I would never use admin power in game to kick someone, that is not the point of the power nor is it my role. Now, if the enemy team also says that the player maphacks, then a vk might be in order so that the game can we fair. But just by assuming he mhs in a game is not the grounds for using my powers. That would be like arresting someone without probable cause, it's wrong.
