Game moderator position (see below for choices): Dota game Manager
Brief introduction: Short hair man, working full time job, Girlfriend from 4 years, having my own car, would like to have my own buisiness in a short futur (3-5 years). Well, I will not say longer. I'm playing wc3 from 6-7 years and dota from 4 years and an half.. 5 approx.

What are your current hours of playing time (approximate)? By day, depending, 3-4 hours. More if got free time.

What is your current time zone?Hummm pst -5:00 Eastern time. Canada one.

Describe any relevant experience, both in moderating and in Warcraft III: Like I said above, I've played dota from long ago, and wc3. At moderating, I've never really moderate, I just helped some communities... Like cash, without any chance to get a place in their staff. I left cash for you, Reason? More then only dota, more friendly, better communication, play, etc. I did moderate RpG Forum based on anime. Said before, I play Dota from long ago, and in case of moderating this game especially, knowing what you talking about is a plus and I know a lot over Defense Of The Ancient. I also did some ''moderating'' on the forum, has suggestion part, request part etc.

Why should we accept you? :Cause I'm a mature player, not a kid that cry... Yet something I ''rage'' we all have these moment in life, otherwise we are robot! But I still keep my judgement out of personnal emotion, that's an essantial thing moderator or admin needs. I think thats one point you would choose me. However, I'm a good player of dota, I can help anybody that would like it to learn about the game and more. Answer question, give tips, etc. Be here for new. Other point, I speak both language french and english.. I write both too BUT english is my second language.. So on the writing part there are some mistake sometimes OR I don't fill at the proper form or sens... Like french is Crayon Bleu > Blue Pencil.. Switch color place. So sometime, I can make lil mistake, I apologize for it! An other reason, is that I never broke any rule of the ENT communities from time I'am here and never had a request till last two week (from someone mad against a request a made and tryed to get me with him). I always tryed to involve and.. The biggest one, the reason I like the most is: I will never give up on application for being a part of your staff and Ill keep harass you till you agree :twisted:

Why do you want to become a game moderator? Cause I would like to be a part of the communities, this community! And help as much as possible!

What will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community? New breath? No joke, I don't know, more efficient ban request or question answer, Helping new people to game (dota specifically), greeting people to the communitie, etc. Everything you will ask me, in the mesure of the possible, I will do it. But I'm still an human, having a life, sometime.. we can't ALWAYS be there. I will, and I'AM serious, try to give my opinion and statement on one ban request every day or answer someone's question, any of both (I mean being here as much possible).

Closing Statement: Thanks for taking attention, again, to this post. It's really important for me. Hope I'll see you as a mate soon. I think I'm ready now, I know I tryed to get in really earlie, now I've learn about the Fog-click detector, and maturity it takes to answer request and appeal. I know that my name maybe cause problem for certain admin or moderator ''NutzSucksHard'' maybe not appropriated. And cause of the fact you want, both name (Bnet and forum) being the same, I suggest, if you prefer, to change my forum name has Nutz- only, like I'm signing always. Maybe it will be better for the ''look'' of a MoD. But in Bnet I would keep the same name alias : NutzSucksHard. I think all have been said down here, crossing finger and toe!

P.S.: If my name doesn't bother, then I said nothing, otherwise, if we can do something with it, I would be more then happy of it

Every request is filled out correctly, And you take your time to watch the replays and put down alot of detail (accurate) that helps us out alot and makes the process faster for everyone.

You will not, I promise! Even if I get older and older, I would never stop playing dota. And till ent bot host dota, I will keep going on, aswel on the forum till it die... But, let's hope, it will never

Give me a reason to use the command !mute and !kick in game.

I would not use any of both, the reason? It's global affecting the game, not only me, but all player. !Kick, well I can aswel kick multiple player to give me advantage.

Ex: I !kick Mate#1 to have is stuff, then I !kick BestOfOtherTeam to ''even match''. I get op and win. Not fair game.

Ex2: !kick a feeder. if all agree he does feed, !votekick instead of kick. !kick is personal choice, that can uneven a match and make a to big difference in the end.

For the mute command, I wouldn't use it too. The reason is that if someone is ''insulting'' me, just use the great !ignore <player name>. Only reason I would use the !mute command, is if he Spam the chat in global, none stop and that other from my team AND his team asking to have a mute. again, it's like a !votemute... Intead of a !votekick, we ''vote'' the muting. But again, I wouldn't use it if it's for my personal person, cause the problem is the next; (I !mute the person) if he wanna ask to mate something, like ''gank'' Mid miss, care bot! OR Build more wisp, keep wood for level 10!... Nobody will see it even in ally chat. Giving again, an unfair advantage. Plus, there's an anti-spam in the bot that mute temporarily the user that spamed.

The !kick command will never be used. Should never, in my opinion. Admin should never have power in-game and even out-game (exemple, in lobby) to that can give advantage. everybody as right to play and talk. If they bothering you, !ignore is enough, no need more. If they are intentionaly game ruining, post a request over it and try aswel a !votekick.

In the end, !kick and !mute should not be used.
