APEM Bot FREAKING OUT!!!

@uakf.b It's kicking everyone every 30-40 seconds. Games won't start and it's stuck on number 42!

EDIT: now it's not hosting at all. @agreements @cyberpunk @teller55

EDIT2: it's working now. that was weird.

Fixed (but still don't open the fake player slots, since bots need restart before fix goes into effect).
