hi, could i please have my chantry_nv forum account unbanned? I promise not to cause any trouble.

I was trying to do it, but I have no idea how to unban you.

Go to the Admin Control Panel, or whatever ENT's equivalent is and just unban the account.

It was pretty easy using IP Board, I can't imagine it is too much harder on phpBB. But then again, I don't have access to it so who knows.
