You saw what teal did during the whole game. didnt team send on 2 + 5 + 10 + 13. Solo send on 3 + 9 + 17.
He even aske dus when to send and then send solo. I warned him not to send solo again or i will kick him. He was just trolling and not cooperating and this is a reason to kick.
As i have the power to do ingame i dont have to initiate a votekick, as players are obligated to votekick an obvious game ruiner anyway.
As you see on the way i played i didnt give up, im just experienced enough to see when a game is obviously lost. And this game was lost, so i used !ff. I still played and tried to win.
I made calls when to send, yes. Teal didnt made any calls (nor did he followed) and red agreed with mine. I even explained to you why sending 13 is better then 12. Red agreed, so we go 13. Dont see whats abusive on doing this...
And as you may noticed... we got wrecked on 17, no matter if we had teal or not... even with 8 heals we would be dead. We had no heal and barely any siege + low income/value.

Regardless, you were blaming Jabba41 for kicking StavrakasGR, for forcing people to follow his calls, and for being " utterly lame to play with". So I'll review the game.
First off, being lame is not a reason make an official complaint about.
Now, let's adress the kick;
StavrakasGR refused to send as a team on level 2.
StavrakasGR doesn't build for 2.
StavrakasGR solo sends on level 3.
StavrakasGR refuses to send on level 5.
StavrakasGR gets banned. And for the first time of the game, talks... only to laugh.
StavrakasGR solo sends on level 9 and is told not to do it again or kick.
StavrakasGR solo sends again on 17 and gets kicked.
Well, kick was indeed justified as StavrakasGR broke the rules which hindered his team's chances to win the game multiple times.
As for the claims that Jabba forced the team to send when he wanted, that is simply false.

I think that's enough to show that Jabba has been open to the team's ideas, and asked the team's opinion when he wanted to send on certain levels. Yes, you did disagree on level 13 send, but red agreed with him. Therefore, you have to follow them, simply. Besides, he did spend time explaining to you why he believed that 13 was better than 12. That is exactly the kind of cooperation between teammates that ENT expects.

@HazarDous, it is not clear how you address the fact that jabba41 kicked the violator (who had siege towers) right before lvl 17. Why not earlier?
My accusation is only that he mis-used his admin rights to make sure the game ends at lvl 17. (And you have not yet addressed the issue)
I believe intentionally failing a game is bannable even for normal players. - In this case it is an abuse of admin rights!

The problem is that it is highly suggestive, and you cannot prove that.
On the other hand, I can fairly say that Jabba has been extremely patient with StavrakasGR. He could have kicked him much earlier on level 5, after the third offense of refusal to cooperate with team.
Moderators are subject to the same regulations as users when they use the !kick (or !votekick for users) function. Those regulations are listed here.
It is clear that kicks/votekicks should not be used on players who commit minor offenses such as flaming. Judgement should be used, and only violations that ruin or that negatively impact the game shall result in a kick.
In this specific case, you simply cannot argue that StavrakasGR wasn't hindering your team's chances to win the game by solo sending despite being told not to multiple times.
