Hi
I made a complaint against aroundthaworld, an admin, and he processed it himself refusing it, which is a clear violation of his powers. I move to removed him of his powers. He also created and aproved a ban all by himself without consulting anyone which is really a waste of time and of memory.
Here are the links

I am not a troll I was unfairly banned and I demand sanction for his abuse of power.
That's All.

Re: Aroundthaworld@useast
After a quick review, i would have denied the banrequest against @anotherworld aswell, BUT gamemods (and also forummods and so on) should NEVER deny a request against themselfs. They should also never unban themselfs obviously. Thats like a judge who goes to court to judge the case when he got accused of robbery or anything.

I processed the one against him this morning, making this complaint fairly invalid..

Re: Aroundthaworld@useast
I suggest making me an admin so this does not happen anymore or stripping him of his Admin powers.
Really? .... Like....
How can anyone take you seriously when you say stuff like this.... Makes you sound like a troll.

@Guennter You mean ArOuNDThaWOrLD.
Anyway, I would never process anything concerning me but considering how trollish his request/appeal were and his only goal was to have revenge/create drama I had no fear of taking care of this myself.

That still applies.
First anotherworld did deny the request himself:
https://entgaming.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=70354
after it you ( @Owl ) did deny the second request:
https://entgaming.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=70358
The request himself should be denied (no question ^^) but still anotherworld should be reminded of not processing requests against his own aswell. In this case it hadnt a lot of influence, but its needed to show we are fair and gamemods are judged like all others.

Re: Aroundthaworld@useast
Spoiler!
Overall, you (Frankie) simply seemed not to care about dying or not. You are obviously noob in this game, but 0k-5d-0a in 12 minutes of play time shows you didn't really want/care to stay alive, because otherway, you would have found a way to do like everyone else and not die every ~2 minutes.
As for AroundThaWorld votekick, he was totally justified. Any further action (ban) was not necessary either, until you votekicked him for no reason multiple times.
(14:41 / Allied) FranKie: !votekick around
(15:53 / Allied) FranKie: !votekick around
(19:59 / Allied) FranKie: !votekick around
No abuse regarding the votekick.
No abuse regarding the ban (I would have banned ~1 day)
Just don't process ban requests on yourself @AroundthaWorld, but you already know that.
Same for appeals that ''call you out for abuse''.
@FrankieFanatik keep in mind spamming topics wasn't the solution here;

No abuse whatsoever beside the topic processing stuff. Around was rather lenient in ban lenght as I mentionned above.
Re: Aroundthaworld@useast
@FrankieFanatik Moderators are players as well, so if they see anyone breaking rules ingame, they may post the ban request, and process it, applying the ban according to the violated rule (We do have guidelines regarding ban durations).
2 different moderators already confirmed the same ban, and looking at the ban duration, it's not abusive either (Mostly a warning ban).
@ArOuNDThaWOrLD As stated before, moderators don't review ban requests against themselves - That's not how ban requests are handled, and if the topic was getting spammed, it may be locked and reviewed by a different moderator later, so keep that in mind for future cases: Moderators don't review/process ban requests when they are the reported violator.
Also and as mentioned by Hazardous, if you don't agree with a moderator decision, you're free to private message another moderator, or post a new appeal, and state that you want a different moderator to check it.
