Makc_MypMaHck not following rules

Hallo,

I have been a few times now in a game with Makc_MypMaHck as red.
He never said anything before the game and ingame he picked hybrid instead of prophet.
This seems to be clearly against the rules: http://wiki.entgaming.net/index.php?title=EntGaming:LTDRules
After I told him he basically said: "its just a game, so chill" "I don't care"
I think even if it is just a game rules should be followed.
