Im tryin to add someone to my team who has validated and everything and it still says i cant find the user when i invite...

Tell him/her to go to
http://clanent.net/tourney/ so it registers the forum account with the tournament system. Alternatively, post the Warcraft III username and we can validate it under your account manually.
