Abuse

I was trying to play a game [ENT] Pokemon Defense #18, but I kept on getting abused by these guys who claimed that their "dad owns the ent, leave or I'll ban you. We're brothers." Their IDs are Strawberrypuppy and Taurenfeet. They kept on leaving the lobby before the game started when I was DaveChappelle, and kept on kicking me constantly. I was fed up, so I changed my account to another one, but even then they kept on saying the same things over and over again. Is it possible to ban these guys if possible? It's really ruining the game play and they're really abusive, it's pretty ridiculous. I had to wait 20 minutes to start one game because they kept on leaving and abusing me. I had no choice, but to change my account just so that I can get abused again...
