Baned of AJAX CHAT

i see my AJAX-CHAT and it say
User or IP is banned.
this Bouncing Hitman do to me i thinks, always him online and say to me "spammer" when im not spam and then i get error message.
what do i fix this??

This type of error happens when you connect from a large distance of where the server is located. The server tends to terminate your connection to prevent flood, as your ping can get higher and your packets are loss as they can also magically duplicate. Another issue can be that your bandwidth is too low, so again the server tends to disconnect you; therefor resulting in a User or IP ban.
Seriously though, refrain from spamming chat.

In Entgaming Chat when i do /bans : (02:47:44) ChatBot: No banned Users listed.
No abuse here.
He temporarily kicked you for the time being as you were "allegedly spamming".
