gameruining report

Hello dear ent team,
pls see the attached replay,
our purple player didn't build for lv 1, then he couldn't catch up, and finally he sold all his twrs and stayed with 0 value until lv 10 where we lost cause he leaked 3 full hp bosses.
We tryied to vk him at least 5 times but every time players from east team didn't vote and left him in play on purpose.
Pls issue some warnings or bans to these gameruiners.

I appolagise if this is not the correct way to report a player, i just couldn't find another way.
If so pls advice and i'll change next time.
