addition to palsgraf complaint

As the subject says, you don't read who said what and in the context it was said do you. Honestly, you're one of the mods who annoys me if this is any example of how you handle things. Because you ignore points and take things out of context and paint a biased picture. That being said, let me educate you on a few things of what was said since your response to my complaint was probably about 75% wrong if not more. Also on a side note, virus was not a curse, and yea its my opinion, and unlike others, i am completely capable of being unbiased towards family or complete strangers or even for friends unlike rumors of quite a few mods on here.......

So, lets go point by point shall we,

So yea, if you read the whole complaint you would have read that as well, and that comment is well, worthless and non conducive to the complaint. Aside from the fact, i never ask anyone to vouch for me. I tend to let the facts speak for themselves. Except when mods like Palsgraf blatantly lie and mislead which he has a long history of doing.

you edited that and changed things around, i never once said virushunter used bigoted language to flame, and i never posted a chat log of just what virus said, that was all palsgraf, so again, another mistake. Palsgraf, only approved the ban because he couldn't deny the request without being publicly smacked on the wrist by the complaint i would have posted about it. As it was, he did anyways when karasu reversed his ban because you was unbiased and did what a mod is supposed to do. Keep in mind, Karasu and virus used to have some serious issues between themselves. So that speaks even more poorly about palsgraf.

Again, i never said that, just goes to show that you didn't read the posts and just took what you thought helped disprove me and support pals.......And, i didn't post the link from the ban request, BECAUSE THIS WASNT ABOUT THE BAN. This was about palsgraf abusing his power and enticing a player to make a ban request with the promise of banning virushunter if he made one....that alone is not behavior that should be encouraged by ent staff.....Thats saying oh well, if you make this post about so and so, ill do this for you. no, thats not how it should work, if that player truly wanted to post a complain, he would have done so after the game like i did.

well, yea, cause you can and do whatever you want without fear of reprisal cause you and oak are very close and well, wouldn't do anything to you, but thats just my opinion......
aside, i guess my information was wrong when i heard that mods can't ban unless a formal request was made, guess it's more of a guideline then a set rule.
Also, another mod agreed that he saw some power abuse just so you know i wasn't the only one.


Filed this just so everyone can see what i say and its harder to edit and change things, especially when i screen shot the thread.
Also, i had to file a new complaint because cyber had his say, took things out of context posted things as if i said them and was almost a complete fabrication and made so discredit the complaint. That being said, i very highly doubt that this will receive anything better, but i suppose formalities should be observed before things get swept under the rugs........

here is the link of the ban request i_kill_gayg00ks made against me after he saw palsgrafs threat and promise on my brothers ban request made against him. you even notice how his ban request was made against me and arcane-razor yet palsgraf completely negates that and only focus's on me.

Arcane didn't do anything wrong. Why would I ignore a ban request made against someone who filed a merit-less complaint against me? You and that sniper (I hate writing his name) were the only two taking the racial epithets too far.

Ok, here is my answer to this entire waste of time...

Pals looks over your games, so what? There's the same problem with every other person out there who has a grudge. Look at Masamune and Nuts). Get off your high horse. Stop breaking the rules.

You flamed real hard and used bigoted comments. It's people like you who should be banned for weeks on end for those comments. You were lucky you only got a day ban from the ban request. Anyone else would have just put 2 days in. Count yourself lucky.

One comment started the entire flame war. He says one comment, you retaliate with ONE comment, and one comment only. Regardless of how many times he eggs you on. Say your comment without using derogatory or bigoted terms. Problem solved.

As for Pals actions to tell the guy to place a ban request? Hell, I would have said the same thing. The words from both players are just utterly pointless, waste of time, and only to upset everyone in the chat that can read it.

His comments on some posts about "He's your brother, of course you would support it." He has every right to say it. To point out to people like me, who don't bother to look at poster IP's (or if you don't live together) about the history between the two of you. Which is helpful for the situation regardless of what side it hurts or pleases.

I have no qualms with either virus, his brother or for Pals. But in my honest opinion, he did NOT do anything wrong.
If anything Virus and his brother need to apologize to him, but will that happen? Probably not, nor do I care.

A tid bit of advice: If gooks makes you so mad, if he joins your game, just leave. Destroy the problem before it even arises.
