I'm going to process this but allow me to explain this for records. I was trying to range ban a guy that dodges all my bans and I messed up astronomically. I do apologize and promise that this won't happen again. I felt guilty but at the same time I kinda laughed. In any event this complaint is resolved and I do apologize.
