Getting a high ping suddenly during legion TD rounds

hey guys im a big fan of this websites and its bots and so far hosting and joining games was flawless experience! However for the last couple of days i suddenly get high ping of 3000-4000ms during the battle rounds of legion TD (happens in some other games as well) and get random dc. My ping before game and after round gets over is fine(100-120) but it suddenly spikes and as a result renders the game unplayable I had to quit many times because of this high ping problem.
Btw my net connection is fine, on speed test im getting getting 96ms ping and 2mbps download speed and 0.6 mbps upload speed. My connection is pretty solid and i can download and buffer multimedia just fine.
I would really appreciate any help I read somewhere that i need to do tracert, how to do that btw??

Also i use Gproxy++ with my gateway being US- East. Thanks again!!

Are u sure its ping or is it fps lag?

It is definitely a ping issue. I have tried - zoom 200 and higher and it makes no difference at all. Also I have played many other games which are
Much more graphic intensive than legion TD and they play smoothly

Tried using ENT.. My ping actually got worse.
