The chat explains everything in full. The votekick was valid. We tried to teach and he gave no response. Whether we waited another 20 seconds or not it would have made no difference. Then Av1on denys my appeal based on a comment after 2 hours of arguing about the fact that it is his opinion that we didn't "sufficiently" teach him but on the contrary we did attempt to and he was unresponsive.
In contrast kicking him aloud 9 people to enjoy a game. Not kicking him ruined 9 peoples game in exchange for what? He would have died 2 minutes later and learn't nothing. We did what was in interest of the game after fulfilling the requirements as per the rules. If a player is unresponsive and ruining the game via being new then it is a valid votekick.
