Complaint towards RadiantCrystal

So, i've looked towards quite a few topics by now as i just recieved (in my own opinion) a rather rude and odd response on my ban appeal.
Not much bothered about that it's denied but the way it's written and straight out getting said that it's bs.
As from a mod that have to deal with appeals and requests there should atleast be a decent matter of way to talk and that's far from what i see in the response i've recieved and as others recieve from this mod.
It's rather rude and not something you'd wish to recieve from a mod when all you do is appealing a ban due to dropping out in a loading screen, Gproxy didn't kick in apparently however i'll with pleasure take the ban i've gotten but the response recieved from the mod is in my opinion not acceptable.

I don't really know what you are trying to achieve here. It's obvious you didn't have GProxy as you left that game voluntarily. Calling your GProxy bullshit is not rude.

The game logs your action as a "left voluntarily." at 0.02 If you DC due to connection problems Gproxy will never display a message as such. If you DC or leave at load screen, the game will log the time as 0.00 not 0.02 So what did you expect me to say?

This is a rather useless complaint and I don't see why I should show any lament toward you.
