We got stuck in a lobby for 15 minutes and the mod didnt even punish the player

We were stuck in the lobby of a LoD Dota game for 15 minutes because a player was throwing a fit. On my own account I was banned for 4 hours because I paused the game after I died in frustration. This action took less than 5 seconds to unpause and didnt ruin anyone's gaming. So my complaint is that the moderator that dealt with my case decided to ban the person for just 3 hours ---when this person was about to go to bed since it was 11pm their time. The ban did nothing at all. I pmed the moderator my thoughts on this and he decided to go on chat and mildly flame me. All I asked in the pms was what I just described. I just asked for fair justice. We sat there for 15 minutes and couldnt play the game and the player didnt even have to suffer a fair ban. I talked to muliple moderators about this and they all said a 2 day ban was about right for this situation. I would like to see justice as anyone would. Not a big deal and no offense to anyone. Thank you for your time.

We give a warning ban to people who delay lobby from starting.

Ban usually ranges from few hours to a day.

Getstomped judged that 3 hours was appropriate for the 15 minute stalling. Fair enough.
