There he bans me in order to warn me about my "flaming". I call this clear power abuse, the rule is talking about excessive flaming and all i did was answer to that dazzle's flaming that started for no reason. If im not wrong, flaming is considered encessive if it happens for a long duration, not for just one instance.
getstomped didn;t even check what this necro and dazzle were doing in the game. I even told him that necro is a dodger and he didn't give a fuck. When i flamed necro it was because he was in woods for a long period when we were trying to defend and push. My teammates had to ignore him too (see lucifer) because he was talking nonsense (like google]earth lol) and was mass pinging all the time to the point that we couldnnt watch the minimap.

Another part i fail to understand is why dazzle is not banned for his flaming, since hes the one that started it.

last but not least, I remember clearly uakf.b saying that flaming should not be bannable because thats why the ignore command exists.

My ban will soon expire, so get ready for me to post everytime someone types something ugly, this random punishment was some retarded stuff, so i will just play along.

So i just checked some random games of getstomped . Look at his language in game. If my trashtalk is bannable, then this should be too. I expect some kind of punishment to him. How does this guy have admin priviledges"???

Two things:
I. You insulted him more than once.
II. You didn't only insult him but you also used racism. To add on that, you used caps.

You are disappointed he didnt get banned either, well, that's our report policy. If you felt offended prior to your own ban, why didn't you just report him?

Excessive flaming only gets players banned 1-2 days, banning one day as a "warning" is too much. If you wanted to warn him, enforce a warning via panel or apply 6-12 hours.
However, seeing that you clearly haven't regret your wrongdoing and your attempt to excuse flaming with the !ignore command, I will decline your complaint regarding power abuse. The mod acted within the ban duration recommendations even though it might be unusual for said case.

Do we deny ban requests for flaming due to "use !ignore"? Yes. Do we promote flaming and a toxic gaming environmental only to force other players to use !ignore? No.

Anyway,
@BOT8 make use of !ignore.
@getstomped use the panel's warning category or smaller ban durations.
@BiLyA stop flaming.

You didn't trash talk, you flamed. His is trash talking with some minor flaming.
However, getstomped, refrain from using all caps ingaming and flaming players. I do not want ENT mods to represent our staff and community like that. I hope that was clear enough.
