Unfair ban

First of all what SONY- did was not "right" per say but that game was lost 99,9% sure
As I see it if he had healed he would still die before the other team had to heal another time hence east would still not have time to missing their heal which was the only way they could loose the game as east had more heals left while west didn't
I think 5 days ban for leaving a game that was lost wether he left or not is too much and he clearly wants an unban
but with that being said not healing on purpose is still an offence but 5 days in this particular situation? really?

Why are you posting the complaint and not @sony- ?

@bit believed that the heal could have saved the king or could have given a victory. It seems like sony- purposely did not heal. I will watch this game now and confirm bit's standings.

Standard no heal bans are 2-3 days, but the moderator can give longer bans depending on his view of the case. Game behaviour/attitude+intentionally not healing+previous game ruin offense(whether related or not) could be considered for longer ban duration.

I see that bit asked sony- to watch the replay. I dont see sony- elaborating his situation after some proof that he bothered to watch the replay.

Moreover, the ban expires in 3 hrs: 27 Aug 2014 15:05:41 EDT

23 leaks on west(bit's team) vs 34 leaks on east:
If you watch replay, you will see that east's leak goes to king first and when west's leak reaches king, east side already used a heal. Therefore, it was 1 heal each for each team and east side having a bit more leaks, despite more demons on west.

When west king died(with last heal not being used), east side's king had half hp with no more heal. So yes, it was a close game and I see why a heal could have mattered.

well fuck me - I looked through the replay and was 100% sure east had 1 more heal hence east having a better standing
my bad I guess you can archive this then as my entire argumentation just crashed and burned

regarding me posting this complaint and not SONY- is because I doubt he would argue for his case in a way that would make a difference
my point with this post is that I think 5 days is too long for this case and therefor I tend to think this decision was flawed by feelings from bit and therefor I did not see this as the correct decision -> complaint as bit stated he did not want to see another ban appeal

Even if east had one more heal, they could have not healed or healed too late. Who knows? It was a well long 17 level game and I would expect, like anyone else, for all my teammates to try until the end = sportsmanship.

I will agree with you that the 5 days ban was harsh. However, mods do tend to give harsher bans to force a user to appeal. Sony- had plenty of chances (3 appeals) to better present his side of the case lowering his ban duration or getting his appeal approved. But, he did not. Or, if he bothered to ask another mod to take a look at it...could have resolved this issue in another manner.
