Complaint about admin: agreements v2

For some reason my old complaint disappeared and I don't know how to find it, so I will just refer to it here:

Hi again.

I am sorry if I offend you in any way, that is not the purpose of my complaint. I just wanted to draw attention to you and your ability to make decisions in the heat of a game of dota. I know that such a case here, is a word against word kind of thing, so it is okay with me, if we just close it and I will accept the ban. The aforementioned purpose is the only intention behind this complaint.

As response to your outline, I can only say, that by "not very good at dota", I mean something like; I dont always notice when other players goes for a gank or teamfight. Especially not Tinker with his boots of travel, which demands me keeping an eye on the minimap, of where he is all the time. I do not possess such kind of dota skills. But the point here is: I do my best! If you watch the replay (I can send it to you, if you forgot to save it), you will see that I tried to engage in various teamplay with the other hero in bottom lane, e.g. used ulti on bonefletcher to prevent him from using windwalk. But when I realised that I always got left behind to die, I decided to do some farming to beef up a bit. This includes less attention to teamfights. Maybe that was a bad decision, I dont know - I am not very good at dota.

I usually don't read forum rules, because my time is most often more valuably spent, but actually in this case, I did read the ENT rules (forum+in game), since I have witnessed another players being kicked because of just being bad at dota. I do not see how any kind of in-game play style as you describe can possible cause a kick nor a ban, Whether it is participation in team fights or the rate of spells cast (actually I did use a spell in that game, dota is more fun that way)... So if a precondition to join dota games hosted by ENT encompass that one possess such kind of skills, it should be better clarified in the in-game rules.

Finally the votekick I started was unintentional. I wanted to ignore him, as he also started flaming me as scapegoat. I know it may be hard to believe (word against word), and I know it is an uphill fight for me against an admin, so I will just live with that. Hence the ban is justified by this mistake.

I didn't go for an appeal, since I did not want to appeal the ban. My intention was merely to draw attention to your lack of ability to judge fairly in the heat of battle, as mentioned before. An ability that should be a prerequisite for being an admin and what it entails. And your response to my original complaint shows exactly this.
