Informed of abusing !end

A complaint of Purple_haze. has been using !end command to end games he was losing... I do not find this appealing if this is how he is going up in rank. Current record 320-78-30 which means 30 ended games.

dc doesnt make a draw and he admitted to doing so anyways.
