LTD hell LAG

Hello, I notice that some players (including me) have lag in game.
1) hard delay to build or send units. Last game i had 6 seconds to build units because of delay. Sent only half my wood units.
2) Freezing all the time ( stops the game for a second or two. but when i asked did i lagged (did they get my drop) thy said no

this is not my pc or internet and I am not the only one like this
I thought maybe it's because i am playing in ENT connect but others had same problem even they are playing not in ENT connect

I streamed this so if need i can send record (repost at technical support)

I have the same problem, i can't build if some1 doesnt leak, if all win the lvl delay is over 1 min and i can't build...
Does somebody have solution for this problem? It would be most appreciated
