Update: connection issues should be fully resolved now.

There were some issues with the network over the last twenty minutes, it should be resolved for the most part now, although some players may still having issues connecting.

If problems continue we'll be moving the servers to another location.

We apologize for the problems and are working to make sure that they don't recur.

Some players are still disconnected. I have been twice today. My last dropping was 2 mins ago. And it is not my own connection issue.

The network issues in this thread are for our Atlanta servers. Our Europe server does appear to be having problems at the moment, we might switch over to a different server (we were planning to do this at the end of the month anyway).
