is the map any balanced or not ?

My main focus was fixing bugs, not so much balancing. Making the map more compact, no extra stuff. I balanced some items, and balanced lee a bit.(nerfed way to much, to a point where hes not a good carry) Anti harras is back to how it was in 1.5 but I still want to change it a little.
If I get feedback on this map, I can do some more balancing and see if there are any other bugs I can fix.

I like the fact that Ishida is Int now. Less snowballing.
