Ban User superdragon

I always wanna get people kicked out of ENT games that continually leave early, mess up their teammates, disallow games to continue and etc. The user 'superdragon' was red for a 1v1 castle fight and was afk, so I decided to just wait until he got back. nothing happened for 10 minutes so I typed -afk and went to check my facebook. 20 more minutes and nothing... Honestly I don't know for sure if he is being an ass or is just left himself in a game and was away for half an hour... Please just ban any user that is just playing to piss people off, I wanna just play the games.
