dodge ban
Well, at first place ban was not correct, I explained my network have about 300 users with same IP and about 10-15 users in that network play wc3,
so basicly there was user, nick is i think "fufica_cro" who got banned in dota, and was easy to see after explanation this is 2 different players, since he
was playing dota and I had only legion and gem td games, so after a bit explaning and without resoults i did start to be a bit nervous and maybe
arrogant, so I apologize for that but as it's clear ban wasn't correct and it was about year ago or so, so I guess I might get unbanned so I can play Gem TD peacefully since only ent hosting this map.

Well, you didn't uderstand me, I didn't dodge that ban 'cause I wasn't person who got banned, but we use same IP, not even same computer, but same server in same town over same wireless network, so ones he got banned it show me under his alias and logicly I've got ban for dodging. By games this guy was playing, dota only was possible to realize it's different player than me as Fapion[UC], I don't have 1 single dota game at ent, had only legion and gem td. This account I use exist since start of ENT server, old ENT crew should remember my nick since those days, paraubelle and rest guys, so for sure I don't use account which I use over 10 years to dodge some ban, but y recently I did start use account to dodge this ban since it's quit long I'm banned here and I'm rly big fun of Gem TD which only ENT hosting, had no other option, but since I believe you can see this ban of my was not correct, and it's pointless switching accounts only to be able play gem td which I rly like and which I play since early starts with Bryan.

Shared IP, shared responsibility. You have no idea how often we hear "it was my brother/sister/cousin/dog/santa claus"-excuses.

y ok, we going same direction like last time, ok, doesn't metter was it me or no, he got ban for dunno what and that ban expiried like year ago, so, we share resposibility, but it's cammon this long ban? and he is unbanned and I'm not? So even it was my brother,sister uncle dother, wasn't a bit enough long ban of my so far?

and here I found one old game where we were actually together in same game, at bot where I was admin, so for sure you think I would use 2 accounts in same time where I am admin?

I spoke to you in the lobby of Gem TD. You're still dodging. If you felt the ban was unfair, you should have appealed and explained the situation, instead of dodging.

Well, @arii yes you did and I did explain you situation, so, don't understand me wrong, but this is not dodging, my account is banned for dodging because guy with same IP got banned, for dunno 3-5 days, but my ban is here allmost year, so lets say it was me, is it really necessary I get perma ban on my account? for some ban for leave or whatever it was. So as you can see that other account of guy who is in my network "fufica_cro" isn't banned anymore, so why I am?
I will link this topic to ghostplay.de where people know me and know there is more users in my network with same IP as I am, so maybe than you will believe me and finally unban me.

I think the most of us changes the ip every 24h by 24h dc and we get alias we dont know who they are. So when this alias got a ban we all are also bannend and have no chance to get unbanne? Good to know.
In this case here i know fapion very well since years. He is a fair and nice player. When he deserve a ban he would take it and never dodge a ban. He has a different network like the most of us. Its like a Internet cafe. Many different player with the same ip. On bk we all know that. Im also admin and i know that you hear a lot of storys each day. Was my brother my sister bla bla. But i promise all what he said is true. . When you have any doubts you can ask everyone on bk. So be fair and unban him. Thanks

A year seems a little high, and I think that ent should appeal Fapion(they can whitelist as far as i know).

With that being said, you can't defend him by saying most of players dodge bans by switching IP and alias often, that is clearly rulebreaking and considered as a serious issue.

Alot of player do indeeed have same IP, atm I am banned on europe battlenet two weeks, when I contacted them and asked for what I was banned, they told me they couldnt supply any information but the date it will dissappear, I am in the same situation as Fapion with my ISP using CCGN as gateway. I think that if ENT could ban people by hardware ID they would do it, but they cannot with current software.

I didnt say that they dodge ban cause of changing ip. Many player get a ban cause of wrong alias.

ok, so ciciban[goe] thats another guy in same network, wasn't sure anymore which one was it. But as you can see at link of ghostplay.de my account is my main account, and this account exist over 10 years, and I know that guys were playing dota only because they are all members of same club where we taking connection, and you can see on my account history that I don't haev one single dota game at ent, so my God can we end this storry, think all of you allready know i'm telling true and that we are not same players, so why do you keep pushing so far and keep this sanceless ban on?
