not sure why i'm banned!

Why are you banned: not sure, something about regionban? something about the ottawa senators..didnt really understand
Why you should be unbanned: i would like to understand why i'm banned...im a fair and honest player who never leaves/quits

Looks like you could be caught in a rangeban. To get this sorted out, I'd appreciate it if you would answer the questions below:

Please list all usernames you've used on ENT
What games do you play and are interested in playing?
When was the last time you played an ENT game?

Having an unstable internet connection or a high risk of lagging out? Are you tired of losing a won game because you disconnected?
    Do not worry, there are solutions to solve your problem!
    • ENT Connect is a on LAN connection based reconnection tool (no cd-keys needed).
    • GProxy++(Varlock) is a reconnection tool for the battle.net with an external prompt.
    • GProxy++ DLL is a reconnection plugin for battle.net (Recommended).
    For technical issues or questions, post a topic in the technical support forum.

    Thanks for your quick response!

    I use a few names but the last 30 games i played we're probably under: cyberathlete
    i also use x.pong sometimes.
    I play dota arem and apem on bot ent38 and ent11

    I probably played 2 or 3 weeks ago last..

    I just tried joining a dota game and i'm still "rangebanned"...

    any chance this can be fixed soonish?
