I believe that I was banned unjustly here. The Mod disliked me since the Lobby and even told me there, that he has intention of banning me.

1. At lvl 2/3 I was arguing with the Mod in chat, and didn't notice my team sent (nobody said anything). I know this was a mistake, I sent other lvls.
2. I started with mermaids before and don't think it's a bad strategy. When they told me to stop (lvl 9), I stopped after building 1 more (for symmetry)
3. My intention was to start building neos at lvl 10, but I didn't have enough gold after I upped farm. (I only had 349g, so I built cyborg)
4. After I upped cyborg at lvl 10, I soon realized it was a mistake, since upping lumber would probably be more optimal. I tried to fix this by upping it after arena/on next levels.
5. I was afk lvl 13 for literally 20 sec (went to get water) which didn't affect the game at all, and this Mod already tried to VK me. (also, I upped king at lvl 13, and they sent lvl 17, so I don't see any problem here)

I think this guy is reaching, and is just trying to find some reson to ban me since he doesn't like me.

I hardly think anything I did in this game was bannable, let alone for 1 month. I only got banned few times in the past for some minor stuff (like missed heal), so I wouldn't really call that "continuing history of game ruin".

I don't dislke you but you completely trolled and insisted that you 'were noob' and we know for a fact that isn't he case.

That is in the past six months. My problem is that you blatantly refuse to actually play and I've had people, many people, tell me that when you actually try you're a good player. So your 'knowledge' about towers is bogus.

I told you to push with the gold/lumber from 10 and not up. You had 5/1 at 10 and you needed to push. There was no communication from you, etc.

I told you to not tk and with many actions you did. We had all sent before round income, I don't see how you COULDN"t have seen that for 3.

I won't handle your appeal, but you need to change how you play because we know you know the towers.

Also I wasn't even banned in the 2nd link you posted.

It was a warning ban, means it wouldn't be listed as banned on forum but in your history, yes it's there.

I just scanned ban appeals. Provoking me won't do anything.

Although i also disagree with Yoshi statement (mostly with how she stated it), she dind't really threat you, and the fact you went "i go next 2 then", doens't make you innocent either.

Fails to send at 3 with team (after being told to)

At round 7, team asks him to send, and team sent wyverns and bo, while he sends a chariot/hermit

Yet at round 9 makes another mermaid, and when questioned he replies this:

So your team tries to assist you, you say you got acolytes and then you simply reroll right on their face? oO ... Sorry to say, but with the amount of games you have, you certainly know better than this.

At 10 you're told to push lumber, yet you continue to build
At 12, your team asks you to upgrade the king with the team, yet you don't

Basically, you barely listened to your team (If you really claim you are new, you'd listen to your team advices, and reply when asked (when they asked the units u had, when they told u to push), yet you did the contrary, and kept trolling with your "symmetry" stories and this:



So honestly the ban is totally deserved, for continuous teamkill and refusing to save/send with the team

PS: And you definitely know better than what you are doing, by checking a few of the games you won, you build, push, etc without anyone telling you anything.

You're obviously trolling, and you're definitely not a new player. Given your ban history, I'd expect you to know the rules by now, so this is completely unacceptable.

Reappeal in 2 weeks and we'll take it from there.
