Auto Ban Appeal

Why are you banned: disconnection to battle.net
Why you should be unbanned: I did not deliberately leave, my internet connection was not the issue. Occasionally the game freeze and kicks me out of battle.net. Not sure whether its the new patch for frozen throne or disconnection from ENT BOT.
