Why you should be unbanned: hi guys, i am really sorry my comcast (US internet provider) was really bad these days. yesterday Comcast guy came in and it solved now. the problem was the cables out side of the house and dirt on connection wires. would u please unbann me i really want to play and i can promise to not disconnect again.

i tried to set it up and i thought it is installed i even installed java first and then followed the steps but i have surface pro 3 idk what is wrong with it its not letting me to install it completely. it shows every thing set up but its not. but i can tell for sure my internet now fixed and i played on Void all day yesterday and had no disconnection. please unban me if it happend again i never even come here to write a unban appeal.

@midn8 As spoken on chat, and considering you told me you fixed this situation regarding your connection, i will unban you this last time - However and as mentioned, try to get ENT connect running (If you still cant use it after following the guide, post on the tech support section, explaining the situation/errors you get, and we will try to help you meanwhile).
