If you are playing with something that hides your normal IP address, you must turn it off. We do not allow proxies or VPNs.

@mmm_makeyI have to do some research on your ISP to see if they are a VPN service. If they are, the only thing I can do is give you a whitelisted name. Can you answer these questions for me?
When is the last time you played on ENT?
What games are you trying to play?
What names have you used now and in the past?

@mmm_makeyThat might be the problem, thanks for telling me. You can only have the one name, for now until we work out the provider. Can you select a username@realm for me to whitelist?
