Unclear Range Ban on new Account

Hello Team ENT,

this is my first post in this forum and i'm very curious if this is the right way to ask for my concern.
I just moved to my new flat and created a new Warcraft 3 Account, since I don't have any idea about my old accounts in the past.
I noticed Team ENT is probably the largest hosting community available with a lot of different maps so I wanted to give it a try and have some good old rounds again.

Upon joining one of your Legion TD/DotA maps, I am getting the following information:

Sorry, but you are currently banned.
Username: rangeban
Admin: nabo
Reason: Range ban TID: 41436
Gamename: none

At this moment, I was unsure what this means, so I registered in your forums and validated my account and followed your Checklist:

• I checked my personal banlist which is empty.
• I checked the public banlist, in which my account is not enlisted in.
• I tried checking your link (https://entgaming.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=24&t=41436), replacing the digits with the TID which only refers me back to your main page.

My ban only appears to be functional on Legion TD and DotA games. I can join all other games without any problems.
Unfortunately, there isn't even given a time specification, in which case I would just wait for the ban to expire itself.
That's why I'm looking for help on your part.

What type of games are you interested in playing?
When did you last play at ENT?

I don't remember my exact names i used in the past, i think it was 'FusselDE' aswell as 'FusselDussel'.

I played a lot of Legion TD on another hosting bot today and i'm really getting into it.
Maybe i'll even start some rounds of DotA again, just to get some good old memories up again.
(Normally i would just play DotA 2 but you know, sometimes you just need some good old games!)

If i remember correctly, i never played on any of your hosted games, but i may be wrong. I can't remember which games i joined in the past i just remember that back in the days there were not as many bots as nowadays.
I'm sorry i can't give you any more detailed information.
