Why you should be unbanned: Life happened and I was very upset that day, on top of awful teams, I got upset and flamed. I gave my reasoning for saving lumber in the Original Post. Please view those reasons there.

According to both Mariah and Gaara, I have not been banned at all under any of my usernames. This is my first offence, if you need to know the details of my real life situation to judge if they were reason enough for me to be upset in game - please ask. I will gladly PM them to you as I do not wish to discuss personal details on a public forum.

3 days per leaked information. Shouldn't go beyond 10 days. The ban duration depends on the usefulness of the information.

Failure to teamplay
One instance is not good enough since it can be argued as a strategy. Only ban if the user refuses to teamwork after being asked multiple times. 2-3 days.:

@Mariah - I never blamed my real life situations for my game ruin, I said it contributed to my stress. Excuse me for not being as patient and saintly as you - same reason I pointed out why you shouldn't process the BRQ I ask that nabo. not contribute either.

if @Av1oN would be so kind as to review this personally - I know him and he knows that I am usually much more well mannered, further backing up the fact that my flame was related to out of game issues.

Feel free to put all the information in that makes me look bad but not the one piece where I actually explain my actions. Stop trying to being manipulative Mariah and just let another mod review it. All of this is happening because you blatantly refused to let another mod process my request (i assume because it was a ban request against me) leading me to believe your opinion was bias, and hence forth request review from another mod.


I finish my statement by saying that once this appeal is done with I will not be returning to ENT and all the hypocritical mods / abuses of power I've noticed here just because people have personal issues with my attitude when they challenge me. I've never been banned before, so might as well just unban me for my first offence and let me go on my way, then you wont have to deal with me anymore and I wont have to deal with your hypocritical bs.

You try to put words in my mouth making it seem like I was doing it so we would die when I would have rather taken the (22 I believe) elo. The ban would be fair if it came from an unbais moderator. Not to mention the several times you openly admitted to not liking me in ENT Chat, which further increases my suspicions that you are bias against me. On top of that, if you didn't have a personal agenda in this Ban Request you would have heeded my request for another mod and just accepted the fact that I believed you were bias, you claim to want me to believe you are not bias against me. Basically what I see from this replay is that you didn't drag a ''long lost game'' out but merely yourself. As Mariah stated in the Ban Request, you had the option to take your leave too due to the miscommunications and actions but you did not, and instead, decided to spam the entire chat with nonsense.

You ghosted, refused to heal, refused to upgrade king with more of the intention of just letting it end then by ''Sending 7'' because let's face it, without your 1,000 lumber, it wouldn't have made it to 7 and it didn't. You kept saying that your teammates are idiots and that you guys should just forfeit, basically taking a part in ruining the game. Despite any miscommunications and what not, you should always be willing to turn it around.

This defensive of yours revolves around it being your first offense and the fact there was a leaver on the 2nd round but how does that justify your own actions? Your own participation in this? So far, from what I've seen, Is that you are willing to hang your teammates out to dry and make rage-related accusations like ''hypocritical abusive'' mods. If you truly wanted the position back, despite the irrelevance to it, you would take more maturity in an appeal.

I see no reason to approve this appeal at all, and the fact that you're pounding an ENT moderator for doing her job, I see no reason why you should bother making another. Any past/present/future issues that revolves around you is completely irrelevant here, this is about Evol who violated 3 ENT rules in 1 game and only got a 3 day ban when any ENT mod including Mariah who looks at the ban request knows it's well above 5+ days for offenses like that. Live with it.
