ban bug?

Why are you banned: honestly I am not sure https://entgaming.net/openstats/?bans=& ... taloveacid
Why you should be unbanned: so earlier today I tried to play a dota game and for some reason couldn't get into the us/ca games, but I could still join euro games. I've never had that happen before so I tried logging in to bnet through us.east with the same username (gottaloveacid), since the realm is different it was apparently considered a new player and started with 0 games. I tried joining us/ca games through northrend and I saw:
