Lagged Out

Why you should be unbanned: I lagged out and banned by autoban. I tried to use GProxy before but official version makes me lose connection to bnet and I can't make neco's version work. I installed redistributable packages and restarted my pc but it keeps saying "the program can't start because msvcp120.dll is missing" Can someone help me about this one so I won't lag out again?

Edit: I even found msvcp120.dll file in system32 folder and copied it to the folder neco's version in. But now it says "The application was unable to start correctly (0x000007b)" instead
