im playing using my 3g telus mobile internet key (also tried with my cell phone, it did same) and alway got banned for that : using a vpn conection. i dont know what is vpn and i dont do noting wrong in game !? maybe mobile internet player cant play ?

there is my problem, i live far away from city and its my only solution to play my favorite game, from its releashe date !!!!!!!

So you are residing at a forest/mountain area in Montreal? No internet in that area?

acquapella@entconnect is the only account name you use? Do you play on battlenet realms like useast or uswest?

no we have two account: acquapella and bobdaabuilder
and when i do ping test its wrote that im using that tower, i wont show my adress on internet but i can show you a prove on private ?
i will tring find some proof if you whant, exept satelite internet (cost too much) noting more come to my house
