Disconection ban

Situation: banned due to disconnection for two days as having a previous disconnection ban yesterday
Why you should be unbanned: My stay percentage is high on my other accounts [Caladran Brood] and [Billysauce.Jr]
and this one I believe is fairly high too. I haven't purposefully left a game of ENT dota since it became a bot, I believe in sticking it out. Im fixing my connection issues so hopefully this won't happen again. Thanks for any help you are willing to give.
