Ban for critical error ingame

Warcraft III username: WitchAlice
Realm: Europe, Entconnect
Situation: Shortly after the game started and all players loaded in Battleships I got a critical error and usually wc3 closed itself automatically.
Why you should be unbanned: Cuz I didnt do anything wrong.
