Crash/lagg out ban

Realm: europe
Situation: wc3 crashed/lagged out
Why you should be unbanned: caus i will go nutz if i cant play civ soon...

i have been banned for like 2 days now, all for a gamecrash. Can someone explain why?? i cant help it when the game crashes sometimes.

doesn't autoban handle leavers, and extra bans are not applied?

He was banned in an island defense game. There is no autoban for that.
