Abused ban

Situation: Banned by nonesence : t=20652 stalling the gane (other)
Why you should be unbanned: i have been aware that some user attempt and succed in banning me... i have seen hes post on the forum, saying i stalled a game, truth is the game was stalled for a gran total of 4 minute, in hes post he says i had frag fires enough power to end the game at 47m truth is i could end the game at 30 min with the right items i had no choose over them, the trader gave them to me the entire time, this person davlurve kept complaining ingame and making exuces, in the next game aftermath of this one hes all Yeah cya on ent gaming im going to get you banned, in that same replay he says *im giving you 5 min to end it* wish he exatly said at 49m into the game and it was done at 53, i realy think that persone is a sore looser, got me stucked on a vacancion day so i cant play my favorite game, big over all i think 4 minute is not that much of stalling a game if i had choosen my wepaons at start would of been over way before... i did not even knew this was a rule.. i also dont know how to send the replay of that game i have it saved, that guy kept threatening me with it saying he would ban me well its no fun....

i just feel like, my neighboor called the cops on me because i was smoking pot, and the thing is he got me jailed this is not cool... i walked the line and i surfed the forum, all that guy wanted is to give me a bad time well congratulation...

one hour into the survival task, eyes are fine just woke food supply decent got water and smokes, had an first encounter uncertain of the result, i will hold my ground and wait, hopes:high

10:30am ran out of fire, my lighter died have to run for resupply... i just wonder here ive seen the trash post section so i know this can be DENIED!(dalek voice) or so i will just camp my post until reaction... i just wish i could have a chance at talking here, i think if id said something in the ban request forum things might have been difrent... this is just all new for me so yeah you know its hot when its red heh....

It's banable in every game to prolong/stalling it - By not ending it because YOU wanted to make a new kill record you were breaking the rules - therefore you got a 2 days ban

i still think 5 minute is low to be called stalling, but i see now some dota games have the same effect of rules from 2minute to 5 it is stalling a game, speicaly when it happens, people usualy have the adventage of power and can hold the carnage up longer and that just bullshit for the opposite team who has endure the egoism of 1 man, i also did not know that it was a bannable offence before this accident, this isnt my first appeal here, ive had bad stay rate before and raised it up ever since. i just hope i get a chance to proove that i learned my lesson here and move on ....

Since there's currently lacking a specified rule-set for battleships and after talking with warrior in the ent chat - the ban will be reduced from 2 days to a warning.
