I was playing Hero Wars and red was afk so the game timed out and picked normal difficulty i never play normal its too easy and boring. I play your games all the time i think i should be given another chance.

I'll grant you your second chance. I would suggest you post a thread in the suggestions forum to get the autoban removed from that bot so you won't have to deal with it in the future.
