Why are you banned: disconnect due to WC3 crashing

Appreciate if anyone knows the reason why WC3 crashing. At first I thought the video driver but it is not.
In the past it never crashed but recently it keeps crashing even though I reboot the computer before joining a game.
I suspect it is the network. Gateway change, something network related while playing.
I suspect it is my network setup behind a Verizon router and another router. I connect it using LAN (not WiFi)

WC3 crashes exits with that screen send blah to Bizzard.

Thinking to reinstall the entire OS.

If it was network it would disconnect you and not crash the Warcraft client. The crash is happening at the OS level and you may want to check if there was any automatic Windows updates installed recently that could have triggered this. Check your anti-virus, defender settings etc.. What about your ram and CPU utilization? have you looked at your Event viewer log and see the reason for crash?

I can unban you however you will just be banned again if it crashes...

My WC3 also crashes sometimes, like once per 50 games it shuts itself displaying that "send to blizzard" screen. I don't think it's a network issue, it's rather driver or OS thing.
