Maybe I'm wrong but I think this is not a new player from Taiwan. I suspect someone is hiding behind VPN. Using VPNs is against the rules.

If you were actually familiar with this community, you would know that they are a Taiwan player that usually plays WD/Brood. They will often create new names.

And regardless, they play 100% better than you in their games.
