he was more afk than playing the game at this point, he was so freaking under leveled that he was just a free kill for the rest of this game
Any further thoughts: his score, him not even playing the game, it was so bad it is not even funny..

You forgot to mention he also left the game voluntarily. didn't even want to stick the game through himself after he ruined it for his team. 100% guaranteed he's the type of person who leaves the shopping cart right behind someone's car instead of putting it back

so 30 minutes, level 8, 0-11, and then chooses to leave the game after the damage was already done.

It's typical behavior from him, honestly. Countless games where he will do poorly and then just ignore the team and do his own thing.

Having watched the replay, I will say this -

The centaur-in-question had a rough start to the game. Being laned up against slark x sniper and then facing multiple storm/slark flanks all the way to the end. This is clear, and the overall lower level/weaker gear attests to this. However, in multiple points after the 'initial' timestamp - the cent made multiple efforts to rebuild himself by making items such as bracer, bmail etc.

Overall, while I'm not fond by the blatant leave - there was no sign of malicious intent and when staff judges these games we have to consider if what they're doing is intentional or not. Being underleveld/undergeared especially in a game vs an overfed slark is not new to the DotA scene.

Considering they're currently under a 5 day ban elsewhere, I'll just tie in the leave with that ban and should they appeal, the moderators can reference this as part of their ban reason.
